To Amanano USA /Canada First graduating class

Dear Graduating Class of Amanano USA/Canada Skills Acquisition Program, It is with great pleasure that I stand before you today to congratulate you on your graduation. This is a journey that began on December 1,2022 and you are the first graduating class of this program, and you have made us proud. You have shown that with hard work, dedication, and perseverance, anything is possible. The Amanano USA/Canada Skills Acquisition Program was created with a vision to empower the youth of our community with skills that will make them self-sufficient. We wanted to eradicate low self-esteem, delinquency, and poverty. In a community where people have adopted a get rich quick philosophy, where the daily grind of hard work is looked down upon, you have chosen to be different. You chose to patiently learn a trade, practice the trade under the tutelage of a master artisan with a goal to building an honest thriving business through hard work and tenacity. Our goal was to create a community where people respect hard work, and are honest and trustworthy, ultimately building thriving businesses where customer service is a top priority. You have all shown that this vision is possible.Out of the eleven initial students, only four of you stood the test of time and are graduating today. The last instructional date was on May 31, 2023. This was six months of grind, grime and Sheer back breaking hard work. This is a testament to your commitment and dedication to this program. You have shown that you are willing to put in the time and effort to learn a skill that will benefit you for the rest of your life. As you head towards your North Pole, we implore you to remember your brethren and bring them along. We want to be known as a community where no one leaves their brethren behind. Use the tools that we have purchased for you to build wealth. Be patient, hone your skills, and volunteer to work for those who are more skilled than you. Be honest, do not take more than you deserve, and at the same time, value your skills as a tradesman. As a tiler, you have chosen a trade that will always be in demand. However, do not be satisfied with just being a tiler. Strive to be the master tiler, the one that everyone seeks out. To achieve this, you must be precise and not take shortcuts. Make sure your lines are straight and clean, and pay attention to every detail. At the completion of your work, clean up your work site and leave no work for the owner of the house. Your reputation will speak for you, and your work will confirm that you are deserving of the master tiler title. Remember, your work is a reflection of you, and you want to be known as the best in your field. So, congratulations again on your graduation, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors as master tilers. You are the first inaugural class of the skills acquisition project of the Amanano USA/Canada. Class of 2023, there will never be another first. You have made us proud, and we know that you will go on to do great things. Congratulations on your graduation, and we wish you all the best in your endeavors. Yours sincerely
